Five clear steps, one team accountable for the finish, and a single point of contact from first call to final seal.
Tell us what you want, your postcode and any photos of the existing bathroom. We visit or video-call, measure up, and talk through layout options, finishes and practical constraints.
We help you choose tiles, sanitaryware, shower systems and the waterproofing approach so everything works together, then set out the scope and quote clearly before work starts.
The old suite is removed carefully, with protection for floors and doorways elsewhere in your home. Walls and floors are checked, levelled and made sound.
Wet zones are tanked as a full system before any tile goes on. Walls and floors are then tiled, levelled and grouted with products suited to the tile.
Sanitaryware, glass, fixtures and sealing are fitted and finished. We clean up and walk you through how to care for the new surfaces and systems.
A straightforward ensuite is usually quicker than a full family bathroom with layout changes, electrics and underfloor heating. Waterproofing and adhesives also need cure time before the next stage can start. We give you a project-specific timeline at consultation, including how long you’ll be without a working bathroom.
Usually not for most of the project. We tell you at consultation how long the room will be out of use so you can plan around it.
Anna looks after scheduling and updates, and Adrian leads the work on site, so you always know who to call.
Tile and grout are not waterproof on their own. Tanking is the waterproof layer applied behind the tiles in showers and wet rooms, so water that gets through the finish can’t reach the walls or floor. We tank every shower and wet zone before it is tiled.
