What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect what you choose to give us. This usually includes:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your town or postcode
- Details of the work you want, your budget band and ideal start date
- Photos of your bathroom and any message you write
- How you would like us to reply
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare advice or a quote, arrange visits and, if you go ahead, carry out and manage your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share information with services that help us run the website and reply to you:
- FormSubmit, which delivers website form enquiries to our email inbox
- Google (Gmail), where enquiries and emails are stored
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads its fonts
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not go ahead, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep project and payment records for as long as UK tax law requires.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email adideccor@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
