Adrian and Anna. A bathroom renovation team based in Glasgow.
AdiDeccor is a bathroom renovation and home-finishing business based in Glasgow. It is run by Adrian Trzesniak, who leads the craft on every job, and Anna, who looks after planning, scheduling and client communication. Together they deliver design-led bathrooms with the waterproofing done properly behind them.
Most of our work is full bathroom renovations, walk-in showers, wet rooms and luxury tiling for homeowners across Glasgow, Bathgate, Livingston and West Lothian, with Edinburgh covered where the project suits.
We keep the team small on purpose. You deal with the people who plan and build your bathroom, from the first conversation to the handover.
Adrian leads the work on site. He plans the layout, prepares and waterproofs the wet areas, and carries out the tiling, plumbing and finishing that clients see every day.
Anna keeps each project organised. She is the point of contact for enquiries, scheduling and updates, so you always know what is happening and when.
Large-format tiling, considered glass, and layouts that feel open rather than cramped.
Tanking before tiles in shower and wet zones, not silicone as an afterthought.
Adrian leads the craft; Anna keeps communication and scheduling clear.
Practical site visits and scheduling across Glasgow and nearby towns, with West Lothian and Edinburgh covered where the job suits.
